Of course there was some good stuff done in the '80s, just not nearly as much as people would have you believe.Sure, you might be at a party and get a nostalgic thrill when "Come On, Eileen" starts playing, but it's not because the song's actually any good.Any of the music that was good during this decade was good because the artists had made good stuff before, not because they were trying to fit in with the '80s aesthetic.

Frisidine is my Greatgreat Grand Aunt sister to my great great grandmother a woman known variously as Cecile Marguerite Kanaka or Marguerite Cecile Haile. Dna results of their descendents indicate that they were half sisters. I have some documentation about Frisidine and I am in contact with my cousin who is a great story teller. It is my understanding that John may be making a documentary and I would be happy to help in any way I can.

– Interesting idea, I have thought that myself at times. Our phones are becoming our computers more and more, I see that at lot everywhere I go. Apple is doing well in this market with the iPhone but people are really interested in the G1 and Android as a platform. I know it’s not as open as it could be in some respects and Google has a monopoly of it’s own but it looks like a decent platform to me. It’s certainly more open than the iPhone and it’s got a Linux kernel under the hood after all. The idea of carrying your computer in your pocket and just connecting it to peripherals when needed is appealing I agree.
